Apprentice

Seeing as I will no longer be around after this summer, it is time for me to acquire a new, young website apprentice (or two or three). I need to teach someone how to update the websites, so if you're interested in learning some HTML and javascript, let me know. (It's really not that hard at all). If a bunch of you are interested we may even get an official "web development team" going or something. Talk about majesty.

Summer Practices

Hey Everyone. Here is some house-keeping stuff.

Since probably no one went to the Marching Band info meeting, here is some Vital Information for your everyday life.

Regular mandatory practices will begin Thursday, June 2 from 7 AM until 11 AM. They will continue after that every Monday and Thursday from 7-11. These practices are mandatory and if you want to be on drumline or pit you better be there. Tell everyone about these.

The show we are performing this year is Clockworks. It has 3 movements, and promises to be an awesome show. It is written by the same guy that is doing AF's show this year, so that is a bonus. 1/2 of the closer is an awesome drum break, so we can show off our stuff. The website is http://jksmusic.com/mb/index.php?showID=5. (Jakis Music). Listen to it and soak in the music.

One more thing. As most people know, Andy has been in California for over a month now. Although we don't know whether he will be returning anytime soon, we still need to have high hopes. His Email address is bassguy64@hotmail.com. He needs all of our support, thank you, etc. So please send him all of the thanks you's, we miss you's, and I love you's that you can.

Tons o' Pictures

OK, I added the rest of the millions of pictures I had, so check them out. There are pics from Fresno, SCPA, and Timberline. (Go to March 2005 and April 2005 to see them, because the main page doesn't show everything)

And drum a lot because auditions could happen anytime soon (as soon as Andy gets back)

Banquet Awards

Here are the awards for everyone from the banquet. Thanks to y'all who filled out the form and voted on awards for everyone. Mikkel and I tried to choose the ones that showed up most often or that were the best. Also, we are really sorry for those of you we mixed up at the banquet.

Also, the banquet was planned by Mrs. Howell and Mrs. Conder. It took a huge amount of planning for them to get this ready, so if you get the chance, thank them for doing so much work and putting this together for us.
