So, today we were practicing "Stinkin' Trash" from Stomp for the volleyball-takes-state-again-...-yippee!assembly, and Nate was trying to fix the one stupid trash can that is split down the side. He had pushed it in and then suddenly it sprang loose and put a massive cut in the side of his (left?) thumb. It was way deep- probably down to the bone--I'm not sure so ask Nate. So anyway, he obviously didn't play in the assembly 'cuz he was at the doctor's getting 5 stitches, but the problem was that he had painted "Yes Tansy" on the bottom of the lids to answer her for Preference. So we played at the assembly without Nate, and answered his date for him.
