Champions!

You guys rock! We were up against some pretty hard competition down there, but we stepped it up and took first at both competitions. We improved a ton on this trip, but now we have to take it to the next level. Keep working hard and improving, and we'll see what we can do about our invitation to the championships in Dayton, Ohio.

OK, this is for all of you who have pictures to post. If you want to post them yourself, you need to download Picasa and Hello. These programs let you add posts automatically from your computer. Just make sure you set the preferences to 200 for preview, 1024 for full-size, and 0 for border.

On the other hand, you can not download the programs and just email me your pictures and I'll post them for you. And if you want it to say it was posted by you, you can give me your login name and password and I'll add them through your blogger account.

If you have a lot of pictures, it may take a while to email them--even with a fast internet connection. In that case, talk to me or send me an email.

My email is jacob.hanson*at*gmail.com
(Replace *at* with the @ character)

actually that didn't make a lot of sense, never mind. Do any of you remeber what the website was for the pictures that they shot at the competition. Ya know when they said,"No flash photography, we are taking the pictures." over and over again?

Did anyone notice what they said on the school website?

"DRUMLINE COMPETES IN CALIFORNIA AND DOMINATES!
The Lone Peak Drumline traveled to the San Joaquin, California Drumline Circuit Competition and showed how drummers do it best in Utah! They took first place in their division on March 4th. They then competed in the Scholastic A Division of the Winterguard International Regional Competition in Fresno, California on March 5th and won again! Congratulations to the entire group and their teacher, Andy Garcia!"
